Sounds crazy, but I will give anything that Sean makes a shot. The crispy sweetbreads with smoked mayonnaise that he and Chef Blais made at their event at McCrady's in late August were absolutely unbelievable.
You all must be proud of your boy after the culinary beat down he gave on Food Network the other night.
