We Are Proudly Working on the Identity & Public Relations Outreach for 200 Peachtree!

After college in Florida, I moved to Atlanta to work in public accounting for a firm that was located at 235 Peachtree Street. Lunch breaks were spent either in front of the Georgia Pacific Building in line for Barker's hot dogs, at the Library cafe, or in the Cellar of the old Macy's building. I shopped at H. Stockton for my suits, Brooks Brothers for stockings (yep, it was the 80s), and Macy's for shoes, makeup, and gifts. When the "Roberts" as we refer to the sweetest men in the world came into our office and asked us to work on a new branding project and public relations for the old Macy's building, I was giddy.

Of course the restaurants which would occupy the space were a priority for us as well:
A Meehan’s Public House, from 101 Concepts, opens in January. Sweet Georgia’s Juke Joint by Global Concessions, operator of One Flew South in the airport, opens in March. Atlanta has approved valet parking on Peachtree St. for the restaurants.

Why Our Job Is Great

A lot of times when we come in to the office, a client has left us something. Over the past couple of months, we've walked in to a 20-pound shipment of grass-fed meats from Gryffon's Aerie, or a pork belly from Dan Latham. Yesterday, we were left a bottle of Benton's Bacon-infused Woodford Reserve from mixologist Jerry Slater of One Flew South. Not a bad way to make a living.

One Flew South opens

Friday, October 31 marked the ribbon cutting for the Airport's newest restaurant: One Flew South. OFS is the first upscale dining experience at Hartsfield-Jackson. Green Olive created a fresh identity from the ground up to match the beautiful interior design (by the Johnson Studio). An elegant restaurant with a charming Southern touch, One Flew South will offer travelers a comfortable refuge from the busy terminal and world-class cuisine by renowed Chefs Todd Richards and Duane Nutter (hailing from the AAA Five Diamond Oakroom at the Seelbach Hilton in Louisville, KY).
