A New Take On Frito Pie

We never pass up a Frito Pie when we're given the opportunity - this one was particularly intriguing. The Ski Hill Grill in Breckenridge, CO serves theirs with Chili Cheese Fritos. While we're still partial to the original, this was a fun take on the classic.
