Kim's Chicken Cracklings
Possibly my new favorite food, these beat pork rinds by a country mile. If anybody knows where we can get these in the Atlanta area, please fill us in...
Southern Foodways Alliance 2010 Symposium - Oxford, MS
As usual, the SFA Symposium was an amazing conglomeration of incredible food, fascinating speakers, and great friends/clients/associates/n'er-do-wells. Just a few of the many highlights:

El Fenix - Dallas, TX
The cheese enchilada at El Fenix - this came close to the enchiladas that I remember from my youth in Dallas, but am looking for more Tex-Mex recommendations in the area...
Tagliare Pizza - LaGuardia Airport, New York, NY
So long Burger King, Sbarro and Chili's - the Delta terminal's food court at LaGuardia airport has been completely revamped, and now features restaurants such as a burger stand from beef man Pat Lafreida (meat supplier to Shake Shack et al), and Tagliare, a pizza joint courtesy of the son of Dom DeMarco, proprietor of the legendary Di Fara. This is one of the best slices I've had in New York, period. And it's at the airport.
Roberta's - Brooklyn, NY
I love the pizzas that they're making at Roberta's in Bushwick, and this month they have a stand set up in Madison Square Park to fill your pizza needs when in Manhattan. Nothing wrong with a mobile pizza oven on a trailer.
Prime Meats - Brooklyn, NY
An easy contender for our 'Top Burgers of 2010' list, the burger at Brooklyn's Prime Meats, made with Creekstone Farms beef, rivals my all-time favorite over at Minetta Tavern.

Osteria Morini - New York, NY
I should have known that the pasta at the new Osteria Morini would be pretty great after the meal we had at sister restaurant Marea. Morini definitely has a spot on our regular rotation now, thanks to the squash mezzalune:
Burger At The Breslin - New York, NY
We're big fans of the Lamb Burger at The Breslin, but we've recently discovered their perfect Bacon Cheeseburger, available via Ace Hotel room service but not in the Breslin proper. Definitely worth booking a room at the hotel for.
H. Harper Station Photos
A couple of shots from our photo shoot at the soon-to-open H. Harper Station.

Mobile Post - Great Lakes Brewing Co. - Cleveland, OH
I believe this is my first experience with pierogies (gimme a break, I'm from the South), but I'm willing to start a campaign to bring 'em down here. Got a side of brats for good measure.
