I just hung up with Sean Brock (McCrady's) and today is the D-Day for the piggies. The Brock-fed pigs are meeting their maker this morning. Sean is on his way from Wadmalaw Island to the processor complete with a horse trailer hooked to the back of his truck...that is me on the left and Sean on the right above...tough love
