SFA Symposium

At the Southern Foodways Alliance Symposium in Oxford, MS -- we had just enjoyed a rather chilly ride to Taylor Grocery aboard a double decker bus. We ate some fabulous catfish and listened to some toe tapping tunes at the Big Truck Theatre...it was fabulous.
